The essence and vocation of Olson Bridge Academy is to transform our world through the development of people, which is why our community is of great value to us.

Students

In our educational model, each of our students is at the center, where they receive a personalized education based on their areas of interest, strengths, and areas of opportunity, thus developing in each aspect as a human being: intellectual, emotional, physical, cultural, social, and community.

Parents

They understand that they are the first circle of support for their children, and that the talent of Olson Bridge Academy is the second circle, assisting them, the parents, in the holistic development of their children.

We are also aware that when a parent dedicates time and energy to their child's education at school, they make a valuable contribution and will create unforgettable memories (for themselves, their child, and their classmates). By getting involved, the parent also has the opportunity to build connections with other parents and with the staff.

Talent

They listen to and value the opinions of others, supporting each other to gain inspiration. Everyone here collaborates in an environment of mutual respect and appreciation.

All of our staff members have specific training for their area of expertise: Montessori AMI Guides, Physical Education, Art Education, TESOL Teachers Diploma/Language Degree, Bachelor's and Master's degrees in adult development, and, depending on their area of work, they have experience working with girls and boys, teenagers, and adults.
